APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS
Appointment Confirmation
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by the salon.
Online Bookings
Appointments booked through Instagram, WhatsApp, website, or online platforms are considered requests until confirmed by our team.
Advance Payment / Deposit
Certain services require an advance payment (Arbon/Deposit) to secure the booking, especially:
- Long appointments
- VIP bookings
- Bridal services
- Group bookings
- Packages & promotions
Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final bill.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 15–20 minutes late may have:
- Their service shortened
- Their appointment rescheduled
- Or the booking cancelled depending on schedule availability
- No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice may lose their deposit and may require full advance payment for future bookings.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellation Notice
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-Day Cancellation
Same-day cancellations may result in partial or full deposit loss.
Repeated Cancellations
Multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in limited future booking privileges.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Accepted Payments
We accept cash, cards, bank transfer, and approved online payment methods.
Refund Policy
All payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
Packages & Memberships
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotional packages must be used within the validity period provided.
Product Sales
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

Certain treatments require a consultation before the service begins. Clients must provide accurate information regarding:

The salon is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed medical or personal conditions.
Results Disclaimer
Results vary depending on body type, skin condition, lifestyle, and aftercare commitment. No treatment guarantees identical results for every client.
Right to Refuse Service
Divine Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying:
- Inappropriate behavior
- Aggressive conduct
- Disrespect toward staff or guests
- Unsafe health conditions
ONLINE & SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
Photos & Videos
The salon may capture photos/videos for marketing and social media purposes unless the client requests privacy before the service begins.
Online Promotions
Promotions, influencer discounts, and online offers:
- Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
- Are subject to expiration dates
- May be modified or discontinued without prior notice
Influencer & Discount Codes
Discount codes must be presented before payment.
Codes cannot be applied after invoice completion.
GIFT VOUCHERS
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable
- Must be used before expiry date
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY
To maintain a relaxing luxury environment:
- Extra guests are not recommended unless approved
- Children should remain supervised at all times
- The salon is not responsible for unattended children
LIABILITY
Divine Beauty Lounge is not responsible for:
- Lost or damaged personal belongings
- Reactions caused by undisclosed conditions
- Results affected by failure to follow aftercare instructions
FINAL NOTICE
By confirming a booking, visiting the salon, or making any payment, the client acknowledges and accepts all salon Terms & Conditions.
